The warranty period is 12 months; however, the warranty only applies to parts that are not subject to wear and tear.

It does not cover any labour costs incurred by Smartice srl for replacing the part under warranty.

In order to replace a part under warranty, you will have to send it to us at no extra cost, but you will have to pay for servicing and assembly.

The part that is found to be defective must be returned at your expense within 30 days of receipt of the new part.

Once we receive the damaged part you sent us, it will be analysed and, if it is found to be defective, we will replace it at no additional cost; otherwise, we will issue an invoice.

If we do not receive anything by the aforementioned deadline, the warranty will be considered void and we will issue an invoice for payment.
