Through refrigeration, any beverage and food product can be cooled: in fact, this process enables us to design systems with positive temperatures that you can set as desired, from +2 °C to +20 °C, or even negative temperatures as low as -20 °C.
Refrigeration allows the internal temperature range to be adjusted depending on the product to be stored and served.
