The right temperature in every area
The temperature range is between +18 °C and + 4 °C, with the option of dividing the display cabinet into several temperature zones.
The different temperature zones are achieved by inserting extra-clear double-glazing that provides maximum transparency.
The doors of our pastry display cabinets can be either hinged or sliding depending on your requirements, with the option of installing locks so that they can only be accessed by dedicated service personnel.
